Greetings and welcome to our new blog. As we embark on part two of our running journey, we felt we needed a new blog with a fresh take. While our new blog will still feature our silly anecdotes of running with a hurricane, ice baths and our ridiculous training schedule, we wanted it to be something more. We wanted to inspire our female friends and colleagues to set fitness goals and give them the tools to achieve those goals. Granted, this is just our opinion, but it's tid bits of information that we wished we knew when we started our marathon journey more than seven months ago.
